I am a senior with a low income but I do make some income from my online sites. Marc knows a lot about Wordpress. So when he decided to provide Managed Wordpress Hosting, I trusted him. With Subrato doing a lot of the fixing when sites had problems, I usually got back online in a reasonable time. So I joined up again last August 2018 I believe it was.
Then on January 26, there was a massive server crash and all my sites including Church Furniture Canada went down. At first everyone was given assurances that the sites would all be restored and we would be refunded any money for the rest of the hosting that we had paid for. I am a Canadian and as you know Canadian money is worth about 1/3 less than USD.
Gradually refunds turned into zero$ nada$ zilch! My sites were not restored and I have no way of making money from them. I had at least until August 2020 about $144 USD which is about $191.819. So I am out almost $200 and I have absolutely NO SITES. About 5 or 6 sites are gone. I got no help!
My money-making site ChurchFurnitureCanada.ca is not up and I will have to rebuild from scratch.
I will have to spend probably over $235USD to get some webspace to rebuild.
And refunds? Huh! Marc Benetau, the WP guy has my money or at least I gave it to him and I have NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. What do I do? Find out where he lives and sue him in small claims court, Judge Judy or what?
He promised that we would have a faster website, and it would be up 99% of the time. WELL GUESS WHAT? I HAVE NO SITES UP and no Marc nor anyone else UNLESS I WANT TO PAY $15USD PER HOUR to get it fixed by someone who took over his hosting named Mike and I am not sure he can or will do anything. I can hope but I have no money-making site and no money!
Marc said BlueHosting and other cheap sites were not good enough today for Wordpress. So I and others paid our good money because we believed in him and now where is he? GONE! Where are my sites? GONE!
Would they be gone if I had used Blue Host? I sincerely doubt it! They have people to help get things fixed. I guess Marc thought Subrato could do it all and most of the time he did.
But now? NO SUBRATO! NO MARC! NO SITES! NO REFUND! SO FAR NO HELP! AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY OUT MORE MONEY TO HOST WITH SOMEONE ELSE!
MARC SEEMED LIKE A NICE GUY! NICE GUYS PAY THEIR BILLS! I HOPE MARC IS OUT THERE EARNING SOME MONEY TO PAY ME BACK AND ANY OTHERS THAT HAVE NO SITES AND NO MONEY-MAKERS!
So what would you do?

Now I have to go to bed so I can get up early and drive a school bus, so that I can pay AGAIN for sites that I still should have! But because of Marc, I do not!!! I guess you can tell I am VERY UPSET!
